FLEMINGTON, NJ -- The New Jersey Renegades, members of the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP), are proud to announce an affiliation with the New York Bobcats of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). The Renegades are already setting up promotion and advancement for their players before the season even begins. They have now formed their 3rd affiliation to open up options to the coaching staff to better advance their players up the USA Hockey Ladder of Development.
“Ken Hoey is an incredible coach that works extremely hard at developing his players and he puts forth tireless efforts to move his players on to higher levels of play across the the junior hockey landscape as well as through collegiate opportunities," said Renegades owner and co-head coach Cliff Graziano. "We look forward to working with him and the Bobcats staff as they are close in proximity and we can regularly get players to and from each of our programs in a pinch for better playing opportunities.”
Pete Rossi, the Co-Head Coach for the Renegades, went on to share his thoughts on the affiliation.
“I’ve worked with Coach Hoey the past few years and he’s a pleasure to work with," said Rossi. "He understands our philosophy of proper development in our training methods that prepare our players in order to make the jump to the next level.”
The Renegades and Bobcats strive for the same goal of skill development, proper education of training, nutrition, work ethic, and scholastic dedication that will greatly enhance both clubs players to move on to future hockey endeavors where the players values taught from both programs will take them to greater success.
